Water Drum Large

Looking for a unique percussion sound for your next recording or performance? This Water Drum from Mali may be the drum sound you are looking for.

Fill the large bowl with water. Float the smaller bowl upside down in the water.  Strike the small bowl with mallet provided to produce  a low pitched, almost haunting tone.

These drums are hand crafted from durable Calabash shells and decorated using traditional technques from Mali, West Africa.
