Another unique djembe drum design from World Wide Drums. This drum features expert carvings depicting the unity of the village on the base with an earthy hand chiseled top. This drum is made from a single piece of kiln dried select grade plantation grown mahogany. The shells are lathe turned for a consistent/open sound and easy tuning. The goat skin head is from the back of the goat where the skin is thicker and more consistent. This produces a more robust sound. These drums are roped tuned tightly for great bass and crisp slap tones with non-stretch weather resistant alpine rope.
